Mike Sheahan - Founder
Born and raised in Michigan, Mike has left his mark on several industries including supply chain management, inventory control, customer service/communications training and leadership development. Mike and his wife Nicole recently spent 3 years travelling the country in a RV while working and networking. After some time out west, Mike missed the hustle and bustle of the east coast, and decided to put roots down in the Asheville area. Using the experience acquired on his travels he realized there are many unique solutions to confront a variety of obstacles that businesses face. Mike lives in Arden, NC and enjoys playing in the mountains with his wife and 2 rescue dogs: Elvis and Evie.
Shanan Cole - Founder
Born and raised in Western North Carolina, Shanan has been involved in the Human Resources world for over 20 years. She spent 15 years at Belk/Sears before efficiently translating her skills into a chain of regional stores as the HR Director. Shanan has always had the best interest of those she’s worked with in mind and uses that approach in the professional world to be an advocate for more employees. She wants to help improve the workplace for those without current necessary HR functions. When Shanan’s not enjoying Eastern Tennessee in an RV with her family, she lives in Canton, NC with her husband Richard , 2 kids, and 3 rescue dogs: Fancy, Flowers, and Diesel.
